Sotiris Lappas & Associates brings together a team of highly talented, bilingual translators, editors and interpreters. Based in Greece, the team has spent the greater part of their lives using the two languages on a daily basis—professionally, socially and creatively. 

The group is led by Sotiris Lappas, a translation specialist with over 25 years of experience in both English and Greek. Over the course of my career to date, he has translated/transcreated over 100,000 pages of texts in a broad range of fields and document types. He has served as Project Leader responsible for the bidding, execution and implementation of large translation projects, such as major public-sector tenders and complex legal and technical documents, often involving the coordination of a multilingual team of translators and editors and the use of translation technology such as SDL Trados. In addition to translation, he also provides guidance and assistance on corporate communication issues, including the design and implementation of language assessment and training programs for staff.
